|Please note that once a reservation is made, two nights, the first and
the last, will not be subject to cancellation and will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. Reservations canceled within two weeks of the arrival date will
be charged for the entire stay.
It has become necessary to adopt this cancellation policy in order to deter the practice of overbooking and then canceling just prior to arrival, a behavior that has inconvenienced many attendees in the past by making rooms unavailable to them at the Renaissance. This practice exposes the Central States Numismatic Society to substantial liability for failure to meet our contractual sleeping room production guaranty to the Renaissance Hotel.
